3D Prints
The little gear mechanism seems to function properly, however, I'm not sure what the purpose of the object is other than to just show off how a 3d printer can make functioning gears. Felix's whistle seems to be working well too, there is noise that comes out of it when used. Andrew's chair is missing two legs but it still looks like a nice little mini chair.
My print was a mountain climbers clip. The quality is fine besides the expected things that come with 3D printing. It operates well, it uses tension to keep the clip itself closed. it printed well and definitely does its intended job. it was a two part print and once assembled it took a little of handling to get it in the right spot but once it was in it didn't move
So they go by simplicity, the original design has a more ascetic appeal because it looks like a little squid. The second one is a more simple than the squid, its just a coat hanger with a happy face on it. The third design is just a simple single hook for a college dorm or to hang up a towel/jacket. The design I am going to go with is the squid because it seems to have a lot more character than the other designs and it has three hooks so it can hang more coats.
I made 3 different variations of a coat hanger. the first one is a small basic one with two hooks, the second one resembles a squid with 3 tentacles that double as hooks. My last design is my best, it is a Squidward coat hanger. It resembles Squidward and also has 3 hooks. the design I will end up going with is the one that looks like Squidward because I believe it is my best design and it is most appealing to the eyes.
Dom's favorite design:
My favorite design is Andrew's because it is practical and innovative, it is a cigarette holder that is also an ashtray, I could use one of those.
Alex's favorite design:
My favorite design was the toothbrush holder. This is a practical design because it holds two toothbrushes as well as a tube of toothpaste.
Alex's Tutorials:

5. I learned how to put letters on top of other parts, i also learned how to group pieces.
6. I learned how to adjust the work plane to help me manage the scale and size of numbers, as well as making sure they are in the right spot.
